DPD's predict service you will be notified by text and/or email with delivery window* (*ROI Customers Only)
The morning of delivery, your DPD driver will plan the route and then you will recieve an email and text notification with a time slot.
With DPD’s innovative Predict™ service, we’ll tell you when your parcel will arrive.
How does it work?
- You provide your mobile number and/or email address at checkout
- On the morning of delivery, DPD send you a Text and/or email specifying the 1-hour window in which to expect delivery.
- You have the option to reschedule to a more suitable day or arrange a pick up point to collect.
