Solpa Cold & Flu Max for a Blocked Nose and Chesty Cough
One of the main differences between Solpa Cold & Flu Max and a simple paracetamol-based cold remedy is its triple-active formulation.
In addition to paracetamol for aches, pains and fever, it contains phenylephrine to relieve nasal congestion and guaifenesin to help loosen stubborn mucus associated with a chesty cough.
This makes it particularly useful when your cold or flu involves several symptoms at the same time, such as a headache, blocked nose, sore throat, fever and chesty cough.
