How to Take Piriton 4mg Tablets

Adults and children aged 12 years and over:
Take 1 tablet every 4–6 hours as required.

Do not take more than 3 tablets in 24 hours.

Children aged 6–12 years:
Give half a tablet every 4–6 hours as required.

Do not give more than 6 half-tablets in 24 hours.

Children under 6 years:
Piriton 4mg Tablets are not recommended for children under 6 years.

Leave at least 4 hours between doses and do not exceed the recommended dose.

Do not use continuously for more than two weeks without consulting a doctor.

Does Piriton Cause Drowsiness?

Piriton can cause drowsiness.

If you experience drowsiness, dizziness, blurred vision or difficulty concentrating, do not drive, cycle or operate machinery.
