How to use:
Apply on to cotton wool and place over the eye area for a few seconds to soften eye makeup.
Wipe eye make-up away gently.
May also be used as a cooling eye compress.
Benefits:
Gently removes eye makeup without drying or irritating the delicate skin around the eye area.
