Delivery Rates

Free on orders above €70 (Ireland or Northern Ireland only)

€6.95 to Ireland or NI (€4.95 orders €30 - €69.99)

Please Note: UK Delivery Currently suspended due to Brexit Custom Regulations, we will open when we have can predict delivery times and costs, we are sorry for any inconvenience. Deliveries to Northern Ireland are operating as normal.

 

Delivery Rates European Countries

€19.95 Registered Post (approx 5-7 working days) 

€12.95 Registered Post (orders above €250)

Please Note order limit weight up to 2kg.

€16.95 for Over Counter Medicine only orders (Small Package - up to 0.5kg Weight).

 

We reserve the right to cancel orders, if stock is unavailable we will inform of delay or cancellation. If the order weight is above 3kg there may be additional postage costs which we will inform you of before sending.

 

European Deliveries Note: 

We send orders using secure track and trace service with signature required at delivery address.

As we are Irish and EU Vat registered there should be no import or custom charges within any of the EU States, in the unlikely event any local custom charges occur we are not liable.

If order is unwanted and to be returned you will need to pay the cost of sending item back to us and we charge a restocking fee of 10% of total product cost. The postage cost will not be refunded.

If item is damaged on arrival we will incur costs of item or damage.

 

Order Despatch

Please ensure full shipping address and contact details are entered to form. Use comments for any special instructions that may help with delivery.

Orders are normally dispatched next working day (Monday - Friday), some orders will be dispatched same day depending on work volume.

Generally orders placed before mid-day are dispatched that day.

We sometimes include sweets/chocolate with order - subject to availability. Please follow normal guidelines if you have any allergies to nuts etc.

Some orders we will include various product samples - subject to availability.

After dispatch orders are normally delivered next working day in Ireland and two working days after dispatch in UK. 

We will contact you by email or text to let you know when order is dispatched with an estimated delivery date, we will give you an estimated delivery window when possible to do so.

For Irish Deliveries to arrive by Friday orders should be placed preferably before 1pm on Thursday.

If an item in the order is not available for any reason, we will notify you with estimated availability.

We cannot guarantee to honor sales if prices are found to be incorrect for any reason, including coding errors or bugs, prices entered incorrectly, changes in suppler cost prices. In the case of pricing mistakes we will offer a full no obligation refund.
