Medicine Reminder Chart – Skin1 Pharmacy
At Skin1 Pharmacy, we know it can be challenging to remember when to take your medications ; especially if you’re managing several prescriptions. To help you stay on track, we’ve created a Printable Medicine Reminder Chart you can download and fill in at home.
This easy-to-use chart lets you record:
- The name of each medicine
- The dosage and strength
- The time(s) of day it should be taken
- Any special instructions (e.g. “take with food”)
- A tick box for each day of the week
You can download and print the chart to keep in your kitchen, near your medicines, or in a visible place as a daily reminder.
