Returns Policy

In the unlikely event of your purchase arriving damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the matter.

We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your purchase. We will accept returned merchandise provided that it has not been opened or any security seals broken.  We do not refund the shipping fees - a restocking fee of 10% of the item's value is payable for all items returned unless the item is faulty or damaged in which case no restocking fee is payable.

Please use appropriate packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip. Please notify us when making the return with all relevant details.

Upon satisfactory receipt of the return we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping and any restocking fee.
If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage on condition the lowest cost method of postage available was used.
